Welcome to Mitico & Co. By using this website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

1. Company Information Mitico & Co. is an online store specializing in the sale of wines and related products. 

2. Minimum Age Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to persons who have reached the minimum age as determined by Belgian law. By placing an order, the customer declares to meet this condition. 

3. Products The images and descriptions of the products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we strive for the most accurate representation possible, minor differences may occur between the depicted and the delivered product. 

4. Prices All prices on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process. 

5. Orders and Payments Orders are only considered final once payment has been received. Mitico & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspicions of fraud. 

6. Delivery Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. 

7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with European legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Products must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. 

8. Damaged products Any damage or errors upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos of the product and the packaging. 

9. Liability Mitico & Co. cannot be held liable for delays or delivery problems caused by force majeure. 

10. Privacy Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR legislation and as described in the privacy policy of this website. 

11. Applicable Law These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.
