  • Harvest period: Second to third decade of October 
  • Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for approximately 25 days in a 25 hl Slavonian oak barrel, with 3 rearing rounds and 3 manual cap immersions per day at a temperature of 27–29°C. 
  • Aging: 28 months in French oak, 60% of which in new tonneaux and 40% in second-use barriques, followed by one year of bottle aging. 
  • Food pairing: Aged cheeses, red meat main courses, and game dishes 
  • Serving temperature: 18–20°C Packaging:
