  • Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo 
  • Training: Guyot pruning on a wire trellis system 
  • Harvest period: Second to third decade of October Vinification: 
  • Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks with a floating cap for 10 days, with 3 daily rackings at a controlled temperature of approximately 25°C. 
  • Aging: Malolactic fermentation of the entire wine mass in wood. Subsequently, 40% of the volume ages for 6 months in second-use barriques. 
  • Afterwards, the different batches are blended and further refined in the bottle. 
  • Food pairing: Meat dishes and cheeses Serving temperature: 15–18°C 
  • Closure: Diam 5 cork, TCA-free.
