  • VARIETY: 100% NEBBIOLO 
  • ALCOHOL: 14% SOIL: Vineyards located on sunny hillsides in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato, composed of limestone and clay soil. 
  • VINIFICATION: The grapes are pressed and destemmed. The must is obtained with the skins, which is macerated for several days to extract coloring and polyphenolic compounds. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to 500-liter oak barrels, where it will age for an average of one year. COLOR: Ruby red with garnet hues. 
  • BOUQUET: Fruity and herbaceous aromas with hints of wood. 
  • TASTE: Dry, pleasantly tannic, and harmonious.
