  • Vinification: Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks with a floating cap for 10 days, with 3 daily rackings at a controlled temperature of approximately 25°C. 
  • Aging: Malolactic fermentation in wood, followed by aging in stainless steel and then in the bottle.
