VARIETY: 100% BARBERA
ALCOHOL: 14%
SOIL: Vineyards located on sunny hillsides in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato, composed of limestone and clay soil.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are pressed and destemmed. The must is obtained with the skins, which is macerated for several days to extract as many coloring and polyphenolic compounds as possible. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to 225-liter oak barrels, where it will age for an average of one year.
COLOR: Deep garnet red.
BOUQUET: Intense vanilla aroma with hints of dried fruit.
TASTE: Dry, moderately tannic, full-bodied, more harmonious with aging.
